1. Customer-Paid Shipping Fees:
   Customers are responsible for all shipping fees associated with returning disposable X-ray cassette covers. Shipping fees will not be reimbursed under any circumstances.

2. Refund Eligibility Period:
   Refund requests must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the shipment. After 30 days, no refunds or exchanges will be processed.

3. Size Selection Responsibility:
   It is the customer's responsibility to select the correct size. As outlined in the product description, customers are advised to choose a cover at least one inch smaller by one inch smaller than the cassette dimensions. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for incorrect size selection due to customer oversight.
